Here We Go

Winter in Minnesota is at best frigid and loooong. My name is Melissa, a lifelong resident of this great state.

Taking advantage of the seasons many events, I took the family to the Minnesota Ice Castles. This event starts in January (epically cold) and ends around March. We experienced ice slides, an Elsa from Frozen, ice castles and many ice sculptures.
